EXPRESS is also a new concept for our locally owned and operated restaurant family. For the first time, Rachel’s Kitchen will offer drive-through ordering and pickup as well as restaurant dining.

Rachel’s Kitchen opened the first fresh casual eatery in 2006 in south Summerlin and we’ve been expanding ever since. We now also serve our wholesome food in Green Valley, Summerlin North, Downtown Las Vegas, Centennial Hills, Harry Reid International Airport, Town Square, and now the southwest valley. We survived the weak economy and Covid restrictions thanks to our amazing team and faithful fans.
