Rachel’s Kitchen Express Grand Opening

Joining us for this special day is Vegas Golden Knight Jonathan Marchessault at 2:30pm! The Rachel’s Kitchen EXPRESS restaurant will offer wholesome food and delicious recipes for fans in the southwest valley, and commuters rounding the 215 and Durango curve area. EXPRESS is also a new concept for our locally owned and operated restaurant family. For the first time, Rachel’s Kitchen will offer drive-through ordering and pickup as well as restaurant dining.

The opening of the ninth location for Rachel’s Kitchen is fast approaching! Come celebrate with us Friday, December 1st as we officially introduce our newest fast and fresh casual location to the Las Vegas Valley.

Founder Debbie Roxarzade says, “We are so excited to invite our fans to our new eatery. Situated at 8480 W. Sunset just east of Durango it’s a perfect location for a quick stop for our wholesome options. With the new concept comes an EXPRESS menu to keep you moving. EXPRESS dining with our delicious ingredients. What a great pairing.”

Rachel’s Kitchen opened the first fresh casual eatery in 2006 in south Summerlin and we’ve been expanding ever since. We now also serve our wholesome food in Green Valley, Summerlin North, Downtown Las Vegas, Centennial Hills, Harry Reid International Airport, Town Square, and now the southwest valley. We survived the weak economy and Covid restrictions thanks to our amazing team and faithful fans.
